Celebrating Innovation: Neurosciences and Spine Group Hosts Community Open House in Vestal, NY

Neurosciences and Spine Group, led by board-certified neurosurgeon Dr. Khalid Sethi, is celebrating a major milestone this weekend with a public open house at its Vestal Parkway facility. This event not only honors the practice’s continued success but also offers a closer look at some of the pioneering technologies now available in upstate New York.

Dr. Sethi and his team are setting new standards in neurological care with their patient-first, tech-forward approach. Among the most impressive features of the practice is New York’s first-ever Zap-X unit, a state-of-the-art, robotically guided radiosurgery system that uses AI to deliver highly targeted radiation for treating brain and spine conditions. Because of its precision, traditional radiation shielding is not required, and most treatments can be done in a single outpatient session.

This innovation aligns with the practice’s broader goal to provide comprehensive, integrated care for the aging brain and spine. From advanced diagnostics and minor surgeries to pain management and psychological support, Neurosciences and Spine Group delivers a full spectrum of services, all in one location.
